“My son and I had an opportunity to try forest bathing with Chris, and it was transformative. Chris was able to help my son understand the concepts and guide him through the invitations at a level he could understand. I learned powerful tools to help my son engage with the natural world, alleviate stress, and heal our souls. We left with a new sense of connectivity and peace. I highly recommend a forest bathing session with Chris.”
